Episode 451 – accepting death

Saw the episode title, then read the first comment in the episode description and instantly thought the worst. Another great episode and nice to hear from Karla again (and the snoring pet.)

It’s not that they force users aren’t balanced to other characters perse… it’s that a force user has a particularly wider pool of talents to invest in. Other characters would have to pick up a second specialty, like the Force Sensitive Emergent or Exile, to gain access to the same breadth or depth of abilities as a nascent force user.

Generally speaking a Cheesed out set of Jedi will always out preform a cheesed out set of anything else, but if a Jedi diversifies his EXP expenditure he will always lag behind a party of specialists, but not behind a party with a diverse skill set.

I was going to disagree with you Uemei until you got to the part about a cheesed out Jedi. Because Move (to pick the simplest one) gets downright SILLY if you focus for it.

And there aren’t a whole lot of problems that can’t be fixed by having the capacity to lift something the size of a Star Destroyer with your BRAIN.
