I'm already seeing noticeable improvement from my casual exercise routine (about once or twice a week, get on the exercise bike and watch an episode of The Mandalorian). More speed for the same heart rate, and feeling better afterwards. It's even reducing my need for a cane.

That's awesome! Keep it up!

Just got to find a show to continue with once you finish the Mandalorian.

Yeah, that's the trick. But I have Netflix and Disney+, I'll find something.

Now is your opportunity to watch all 15 seasons of Supernatural*. :)

I feel like I've seen a solid 30% of that show just in meme form.

Watch up to season 6 or so. After that I don't know that I would bother.

I've heard several people say that one season (5 or 6) has a terrible ending and the next couple of seasons are not very good but after that it is good again.

In that case I've probably never been able to push through the bad seasons. the Leviathans season made me quit the first time, and when I tried again, I managed to get up to that season and through it, but I bailed after like 2 or 3 episodes of the next season.

They kind of screwed themselves by having the literal biblical apocalypse happen, and then being in a place where they had to up the ante from there.

The series clearly ended at 5, when the original showrunner left and they completed all the storylines they'd set up.

Everything after that is some kind of weird collective fever dream that other people had without me.

The show was originally supposed to end after season 5. So if you plan on stopping, it would be then, not season 6.
