At the risk of sounding like a lush, I am unreasonably happy that I have just discovered that my absolute favorite mead, Vikings Blod, (it may be my favorite libation period) is now available in reasonably-sized 300 mL bottles. I just bought two.

Was time for an upgrade so I bought a new graphics card. But by combining Amazon offers and rewards from my credit card I managed to get a 8 gig 2060 super for about $200. I call that a happy.

I got 2070 super a few months ago and I'm loving it.

My old system shot craps after about 10 years of use and upgrades, there wasn't really anything I could salvage or replace anymore so I built a new rig from the ground up. I couldn't even use my old case, modern video cards are too long.

Cable showed up and after fighting with some driver issues I'm GTG.

You know that "Lit" pigment that was made to be the brightest, glow-practically-in-daylight pigment ever? The Lime-Wielding Ninja got me some for my birthday, four small packets: plain white, yellow, blue, and pink.
Yes, it is bright, the plain one brightest. The hoodie I applied it to glows in dim light, shines strongly in dark.
I first applied some fabric medium to the hoodie, then sprinkled the pigment on, then applied more fabric medium more generally, let it dry, and ironed it in.
The spot on the blanket where I did the ironing now glows faintly.
Left the hoodie out over night, it was glowing strongly in the pre-dawn morning.
I am going to have such fun with this stuff.
