Sweet gizmos!

My happy is just a little Christmas magic. Lovely wife and I were barking and growling at each other on Christmas Eve, but on Christmas day we worked together as a team and knocked out of the park for the dinner and guests. Just a friendly reminder to those spouses out there, a little cleaning can go a long way towards domestic bliss. :D

The network is all plugged in. Still need to route some wires and configure a bunch of stuff but I'm back to where I was before I started all of this. :)

Since Catalogs went belly-up, I've been working on one of the companies magazines (Hardware Retailing).

I won't be a regular contributor (not in the sense that I'll have a by line every issue), but it's nice, after 18 years here, to finally have my name on something that'll go into the company archives. I'll probably have another one in March after I get back from the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show in Vegas in a couple of weeks.

Got a merit raise at work.

7%

For people fortunate enough not to have worked retail 2 raises in one year is rare a 3% followed by 7% unheard of.

10.21% increase in 12 months. Yeah.
