Again with the Chicago vs. New York pizza debate. The only winning move is not to play.
Homemade Sicilian pizza tonight. Just cheese but fresh mozzarella, provolone, fortuna, asiago, and parmesan.

Elk Burger with pepperjack, pickles, onions, mustard, and secret sauce on a wheat bun. Super flavorful, good texture, would recommend.

Tried dunkin donuts plant based beyond sausage sandwich. It was a fast food sausage egg and cheese made in a glorified microwave. Better than what you'd expect from dunkin donuts, not quite what you'd expect from beyound.

That's not to say it was bad. It wasn't. It just would have been better if made in a frying pan.

Ithink tonight we'll be having a Final Fantasy XV dinner: Nebula Salmon is a family favourite. And I can make extra and use it in GAmma-Ray's lunches for the rest of the week. Because we've had to go wheat-free, he's been doing a lot of bento box lunches.

I really love the Final Fantasy XV cookbook. It's free online. Very tasty.

Coffee whipp on coffee.
Freeze dried coffee sugar and water in a mixer for a minute and a half makes something like whipped cream that tastes like coffee. Delicious on a cup of coffee.

Last night I cooked a citrus-marinated pork loin sous vide. OMG it was awesome. Perfectly cooked all the way through with no shrinkage or drying out on the edges. Best part is that it can sit in the water for a couple of hours while you finish the rest of the meal prep and not be overcooked (though there is a time-limit; the meat will start to break down even at low temps if you keep it there long enough).

Next time, I'm going to do a small rib roast I have.
