sig line fix

If any of you have tried adding images to your sig line, you may have gotten an error about the software being unable to check its resolution. That was being caused by a PHP setting that got reset during the hell week where I was rebuilding the site and fighting all of the lag problems. It's fixed now, so if you want a sig like Chad or Ikoma, then knock yourself out.

(As a side note, if you actually manage to knock yourself unconscious while updating a sig, please post the video on YouTube. It will likely be funny and go viral.)
