Future Meetings and Submission list

The next meeting is June 29th at the usual time, 6:00 PM Central Time. I am submitting the first two chapters of the novel I am working on, THe War of Sunspear, and I would love to review anyone else's work. This is all unrelated to the Writers Guild Anthology, because as the Project Lead I have to remain anonymous to the stories.
The topic is knowing when to salvage material and when to cut your loses and throw it into the Stygian Abyss!

Oh, certainly I will. Note that I am a grammar freak and will point out all the tiny little things before commenting on the substance of the story, but that's just because I care.

It feels like it's been quite some time since we have had regular a Writer's Guild meeting. I really would like to get those going again.

I am going to be hosting something this Friday for any and all who want to make it. I would like to aim for 7 or 8 est start time, though if people have problems that is up for discussion.

The main purpose will be to touch base and try to get back into the swing of things.

I would love to start going again as I've been struggling to write and I think this would provide motivation. Also talking with ya'll is exceedingly fun.
Unfortunately I'm going to a friends going away party that night so it's a no go for me.

I probably won't be able to make it. My dad's having surgery this week and I'm going to be spending a few days helping my mom out around the house.
