Decoder Ring Theatre - Pulp action in the form of the Red Panda Adventures, detective stories as delivered by Black Jack Justice, and some experimental stuff during the summer. Good variety all around.

Case Closed - Relic Radio's crime podcast. Philip Marlow, Rocky Jordan, Richard Diamond, and Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar among others. Great if you like old time crime dramas. Relic Radio does other genres as well, if mysteries aren't your thing.

Podcasts that haven't been mentioned (at a passing glance)
Chainsaw Suit: A comedy podcast with various segments and bits, they do new stuff all the time as it's a relatively new podcast. By Mikey Newman and Kris Straub (creator of Starslip, Broodhollow and the ChainsawSuit webcomic)

The HP Lovecraft Literary Podcast: The HP Lovecraft Literary Podcast... It's very good, and very informative, breaks down the themes and influences of each of lovecraft's works, goes into analysis and gives background. Also has the occasional hilarious aside.

Limited Resources: A Podcast about improving your Magic the Gathering Chops, particularly with regard to Drafting and Sealed (hence, "limited resources")

The Mana Pool: A slightly less serious podcast about various Magic the Gathering Topics.
