Anyway, Dan had to fix some stuff with the cert so all of our troubleshoot is kind of reset so let's start over.

As of 7/31/2016 9PM Central, is anyone still having any issues with the FtB site or or their pod catchers either on mobile or desktops?

I manually added the feed url, <https://www.feartheboot.com/ftb/index.php/feed>, to my podcatcher, Downcast, and it worked. Issue resolved!

Your understanding is correct, Bonus 67 is there, 409 is not. And I am reasonably confident that it was not there prior to Sunday, either.

Hm, well, iTunes is not downloading the most recent episode. That's been posted, right?

I'm also having no luck with downloading it via gPodder. Everything's up to date, it's working fine for all my other podcasts, but FtB is failing silently.

Is it giving an error of any kind?

Nothing useful. I've even tried looking at its logs, and it's throwing errors about the UI's Python source, but nothing that would indicate a network error. I tried using Runester's suggestion, and it said I couldn't add the feed, but not why.

To hell if I could tell you why, but iTunes was using a really old feed and throwing an error. I only saw it when I logged in as the podcast's owner and reviewed its status. I've updated it to a new URL. It validated with iTunes and says it will refresh within the next day or so. Let me know if 409 shows up. It should appear without you taking any additional steps beyond having it look again. Well, at least eventually.

As for gPodder, I'm not familiar with that one. What URL is it using for the show feed? And did fixing the stuff I had to change for iTunes also fix that? Or are you still having issues?

@Everyone - Looks like 409 just appeared on iTunes. So if you refresh the feed (or do whatever it is that app needs), it should now appear. You shouldn't need to drop and resubscribe to the show or anything. Can someone using iTunes please confirm this for me?

@McNutcase - Can you please check gPodder as well? If it's not working, can you try this feed URL and see if it makes it happy?

The feed URL I had been using was http://www.feartheboot.com/ftb/index.php/feed/podcast which should have happily just redirected to https://www.feartheboot.com/ftb/index.php/feed/podcast , but didn't. Then I tried dropping it and resubscribing, and still got "could not add feed". I tried iTunes, an old version since I haven't used it in forever, and it threw an error of "the network connection was reset", which is vaguely similar to some of the stuff buried in the logs of gPodder. I'm about to go looking for a different podcatcher altogether, to see if it's an issue with my computer.

And, fuck it, gPodder hates FtB now, but Clementine works just fine. I'll call it fixed, since I do have a way to keep on downloading. This computer's been getting steadily less reliable over time, like all Windows boxes do.

IT would not update in my main feed. Instead, I had to manually download it from the podcast itunes page. And now it has generated second FtB feed separate from my previous one. I got it now, but I have no idea why it did this or why I had to do it this way.

Been having HUGE connectivity problems over the past day or two. The certificate issue seems to be cleared up but then I kept getting malware warnings and since the reboot connectivity has been... patchy.
