That's a fairly sophisticated spambot.
Find two users, make a fake double post conversation with the links included, and then reply to it.

We've had spammers in ones and twos but this was the 1st spam wave we've had in about two years I think.
I've done the thing with the stuff in that place where we were at that one time.
