PS Plus is a grandslam this month

Postby tombombodil » Thu Mar 20, 2014 5:00 pm

If you have PS plus right now there is a treasure trove of good games right now, including two fabulous steam cross-over titles, Lone Survivor (one of the most "Silent Hill" horror games I've played in years) and Thomas was Alone.

Other notable titles include Tomb Raider, Borderlands 2, Brothers: a tale of two sons, and Bioshock Infinite. All free, all right now.

If you weren't planning on getting PS+ and would play even 2 of these games, it'd be worth the 10 bucks or whatever for one month just to download over 100 dollars worth of games and have almost enough time to play them all.

Every day I'm seeing PS+ as the thing that will give Sony an edge both against the competition, and as solidifying it's relevance as a console manufacturer and digital content.

I own all of those things already.

As I've said before, PS Plus is the best deal in gaming. You could buy a Sony console and never purchase a single game and still have a ton to play with PS Plus.

PS Plus is amazing. Since I joined in June or July of last year, I've gotten something like 40 free games, including a ton of AAA titles. At $50 per year, that's barely over $1 per game, and I've still got a few months of membership left! I just finished playing Tomb Raider, and I'd have happily paid $50 just for that one game. Easily the best deal in gaming!

Is Persona 4 Golden an HD-remaster of Persona 4? Or something else. Because every time I see a PS3 Persona 4: Arena case I have a little heart break that it isn't just an HD-remaster of 4.

It is that. It's for Vita only. I think there is lots of new stuff in it, too. I don't have a Vita.
