HELLOOOOOOOOO!

Is there anybody out there?

It's been a week since anything happened in any of the individual threads.

What are you all waiting for? :)

Yeah, was suffering from analysis paralysis. Wasn't waiting on anything. Sorry for taking so long to post something.

Has anyone heard anything from Tao lately?

It's been three weeks now. Hope he's alright.

Lord Foul: 15 xp for beating up a drunken pensioner, +10 bonus xp for getting away with doing it in public.

Fallout Monkey: 60 xp for taking out the assassin, +10 bonus xp for taking him out the first time, +5 bonus xp for saving mr moustache

With Fallout coming fresh out of that encounter and LF just about wrapping up their own, I think now is a good time to talk about shopping/downtime.

Last time we spoke, LF, you indicated you wanted roughly a week to do some bits and bobs, look around some shops. We can cover most of that quickly over discord and summarise it in a post or two. Fallout, last time we spoke you didn't have any major plans for a prolonged downtime, which puts Melody's thread roughly a week behind Saphire's. So once we get this next bit done I'll have you both synced up. :D

So, I guess the question is: before we get to you both meeting, is there anything Saphire is keeping an eye out for as she navigates this bustling market town? There's a lot of general stuff being sold all over the place, but if you'd like to keep an eye out for anything specific then I can let you know what you find.

Since Saphire is interested in learning magic let's say stuff like charms, talismans, potions and the like will catch her eye.

Apologies for this, Fallout, but I'm going to have to edit that last post in your game. The problems with having two players in a similar area :problem:

Shouldn't be a problem, just carry on as usual, but sorry if you've been working on a response if I've messed things up any.

What do you guys think? Should we move over to an IC thread, or would you prefer to wait and see what happens with your respective journeys before moving over to a shared thread?

Even though we're aiming to make a d&d party and go adventuring, don't feel pressured to immediately team up the first time you meet. Alternatively, feel free. Entirely up to you guys, but I'll hold off on making an IC thread until I've heard how you both want to proceed

I'm perfectly happy for you to start an official IC thread as soon as we are definitely together. Otherwise I can see even things like having a conversation becoming rather awkward split across two different threads.

My only qualm is if Saphire might immediately go off on her own thing and we diverge again, but I feel that's a small risk and could still work in a single thread.
