Nice

They're jacking up their prices just to feather their nests.

I am unimpressed with your paltry attempts at humour. :problem:

Re: First World Problems

Yeah ironically eating fresh meat and stuff with a short shelf life is gonna be easier in a lot of ways. Assuming that gets restocked... How long does it take for milk to go from a cow to a grocery store? And all are of those steps still running? Milk was all sold out over the weekend but when I we...

Re: What have you watched recently?

The original, 1933 Invisible Man. I can see why it became such an iconic cultural piece, but also why it isn't constantly rewatched. Not some of the brightest police force I've seen. A bit stilted in how some plot points are revealed. Not a strong representation for women: one screaming harridan, a...

Re: Random Forum Thoughts.

I recommend easing into the features of whatever VTT you're going with. It would be pretty difficult to go from a flat stop to a roll20 game in which you made full use of the character sheet macros, dynamic lighting, map layers, etc. There's nothing wrong with starting out just using a single image...

Re: Grumbly Things Go Here

Does the ADHD get in the way of prepping for the game or running the game? Both. I have problems with rulebooks especially after I get the general idea of how a system works I start missing the details. That's the big reason I have never run a published adventure. I have pretty much given up on run...

Re: Grumbly Things Go Here

A: My wife had Lasik done number of years ago. It's changed our lives. I wish you well on your journey Clintmemo! Thanks! B: ADHD sucks! Nothing new. It just sucks. I am eyeing running some stuff for Jackercon. As I think of running games I am dealing with social anxiety that has built up from Con ...

Re: Grumbly Things Go Here

LASIK machine was down. Still wearing glasses. I've waited 48 years. I supposes I can wait another week. What prompted it after so long? I've been wanting to do it for several years, but every year I decided to spend the money and have it done, life got in the way. This year, I decided that I was t...

Re: Random Forum Thoughts.

I wonder if the Coronavirus will cause an uptick in people's usage of VTT's.
