Immediately rushing in isn't necessary. Come up with obviously terrible plans once in a while and let your teammates shoot them down. Buy in to anyone's plan, good or bad. Believe everyone.

My players agreed with the pitch. The Campaign Doc is nearly finished - the only thing to do now is maybe adjust values and things for balance.

Thank you - that is super useful. I've also asked a couple of friends to denote the same thing, so I am taking them altogether and comparing.

While I appreciate the suggestions, they not hitting on the issue. I have specific things listed and wanted to know about where PCs should be able to gain these things in terms of their PC level. I am not interested in any pre-made system.

Does anyone have thoughts on the initial question?
