I played bass semi seriously in high school, garage bands mostly. We called the band Longshot because it was a longshot we would ever do anything. We didn't. I saw online a clever trick of hanging portraits from the GM screen as a way of presenting an NPC face. On the back you have you notes, stats, etc about that person. Looks like a handy prop to remind the GM and focus the players. I have done this by putting a picture of an actor or character I want...
