The Keto Cookbook, making dietary changes and I need to learn to be more creative with my food options. Rogue Protocol, the third book in the Murderbot Diaries was a hoot, but as always too short. Has rings of regeneration been mentioned? This was my favorite kind of of healing when Rydak and Heradune (a dexterous fighter and a ranger) were tromping across the lands.
