Gamer Cruise, addendum

I’m back in St. Louis and have full internet access again!  Lots of emails and forum posts to catch up on.  I don’t have anything more to say about the cruise, but I will go back through the comments and questions people posted and reply where necessary.  I also want to reiterate two URLs that I posted before.  Some folks commented they missed them because of the way I buried them in the post text, so here they are, plain as day.
