		<description>Great episode! Jim was a wonderful guest, you should have him on more often. 

I&#039;d always thought that the classic age of RPGS ended with the release of Vampire, not the Renaissance, but his take was great to hear. 

However he shows his youth when he says AEG had anything to do with the introduction of Demo teams to the games industry. I created Demo Teams for Silent Death when I worked at ICE in 1995, and in 1996 we hired someone who expanded the program to cover all of the ICE games. Our demo team recieved free products for running demos at stores and conventions, and were often brought into the playtest process. 

That said, I&#039;m not actually taking credit for creating the idea of demo teams because I&#039;d bet we weren&#039;t the first, and I know there were lots of companies that had them by the end of the 90&#039;s.</description>
