 Finally catching up!I'm finally working my way through episodes 79-83 (woo hoo!), and I'd like to thank the FtB crew, both past and present, for many interesting episodes. I skipped ahead to catch up with this year's episodes, and then backtracked to episode #1 and worked my way forward. In fact, listening to FtB got me back into roleplaying, as I'd been wargaming for the past 8 years after totally dropping out for about 10 years (besides computer games). I stepped in to DM "Keep on the Shadowfell" (somewhat modified) for some people at the local game store after the local WOTC rep bowed out. It's been a a lot of fun!

One thing I'm liking about getting back into RPG's as a GM is that if you don't like a rule, you can ignore it or change it. I also like saying "yes" to my players when they come up with a cool idea. |
