 It's what's for dinner tonight.
I've noticed a pattern that people post about food over on the Grumpy/Happy threads so here's to post about you're vittles good and bad.

I'm eating a caramel Nip right now. Only .80 cents for the box from the company store.

Thinking about dinner right now. A southwestern veggie and chicken breast casserole with melted pepper jack cheese on top sounds nice. -- TAZ

This evening I will be mostly eating cold roast topside of beef left over from yesterday's dinner.

Just finished a thin-cut porterhouse steak, fresh corn on the cob, and some spiced, sauteed potatoes.

I want a meatball sub but when I went to the store they had three(no really 3) hoagie rolls in the store and they looked horrible and were already hard. So I've got Hoagie dough in my stand mixer.
Thought you could deprive me of my prize stop and shop. I'll show you yet.

Re: It's what's for dinner tonight.
We bought a salmon from our sushi guy this weekend and I smoked it. It was about 17 lbs. swimming weight and made a ton a smoked salmon. Excellent stuff, best I've ever made. I'm sure the fact that it was swimming around in the ocean just a few days before I smoked it made a difference.

Having unsweetened almond milk with chocolate flavored greens mixed in to drink. To eat, plain greek yogurt with chopped almonds/walnuts, cinnamon and a little bit of honey mixed in.
