Can't believe run ester didn't mention this, but the movie will be comprehensively spoiled in an upcoming episode of Postcards From The Dungeon.

In short though, I thought this was not the worst movie I have ever seen. That goes to Spaceballs.

It comes up in the episode ... but can anyone who's seen the movie explain how Snow White was able to break the spell that kept Queen Ravena immortal? I didn't see her (Snow White's) blood spilled, nor did I see her do anything else that would indicate that this is how the spell was finally broken. I mean, they just showed her stabbing Ravena with an awfully ordinary looking dagger - something that Ravena has been stabbed with before, by the way - and this time it worked. WTF?

Maybe you have to be fairer than her? I dunno, it's a stupid movie.

I think Spaceballs is overrated as a Mel Brooks movie.

I loved it but I think Blazing Saddles and To Be or Not to Be where his best movies of the ones I've seen.

I think Men in Tights was overrated.

I literally fell asleep watching Men in Tights in the theater, and when I say "literally", I mean literally, not the modern misuse of "literally" that means exactly the opposite.

Post Re: Snow White & the Huntsman
Saw SW&TH on Friday. I felt that it was better than my expectations.

I concur with the opinions that Charlize Theron was the best part of the movie. She definitely chewed up the scenery.

I kept seeing parts of other movies and TV shows in it so there were a few things that took me out of the movie.

For a girl who has been kept locked up for probably 10 years, Snow White was in great shape and showed pretty impressive fighting skills.

The attack on the castle was better than I expected. At least the attackers stayed in a turtle formation rather than running willy-nilly through the courtyard to be picked off one at a time. The defenders showed some reasonable tactics as well.

Overall, I'd say it's worth a matinee viewing in 2D, but not a full-price showing or 3D.

Then you should use the word actually. " I actually fell asleep watching Men in Tights in the theater."

Hold on there... if he means "literally" then he should use "literally". Suggesting he use a different word from the one he actually means is literally nonsense.
