Also, T'skrang can only breed with T'skrang. Windlings only with Windlings. Obsidiman have their own way. However, Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orks, and Trolls are fully capable of interbreeding, the offspring are not a half-race. They are the same race as one of the parents.

Re: Earthdawn: Age of Legend (OOC Discussion)
I'm glad everyone is going with the amusing misinterpretation. You are quite correct, the children of an elf and an ork will be either elves or orks. Not a half race. In this case the ork was trying to say in poor Throalic "your story pleased the children"

Actually, you said the ork is speaking dwarven, right? Atrii doesn't know the language, so my joke fails.

The Elf language is called Sperethiel (and is as similar to Theran as Dutch is to German) The Ork language is called Or'zat. edit - also a quick look at the player age of the wiki will show we are getting our Thief as soon as I can contrive a way for you to cross paths

GordonGoblin wrote: The armor is segmented in sliding plates and there is a smooth helm covering the face. It seems like a study and serviceable, but elegant, design.
It is obvious, once Grabthar gets close, that the statue is made of living crystal, and the light from the door gives it an eerie translucent quality. Er... it may be obvious to Grabthar but I could use a little extra understanding here. Living crystal? Also, while I'm clarifying, is it a statue of armour or a statue in armour?

Re: Earthdawn: Age of Legend (OOC Discussion)
Valid points. I should have explained better.
Living Crystal is a type of material, a naturally occuring form of Elemental Earth that can be formed into weapons, armor, Blood Charms, or (apparently) statues.
Many things in the game are made of living crystal.
In this case it is a statue of an ork in armor, not a statue wearing armor. You could not take the armor off of it.
