Love, how would you describe it?
How would you describe love, being in love, being loved? What is love?

It's a word we use to describe a wide range of emotions that would be better served by having their own names. I'll post more later. I'm busy loving this baby that is screaming at me.

<snarky answer> Baby don't hurt me. Don't hurt me...no more. </snarky answer> My honest, serious answer is that I have no real idea. Every answer I've tried to come up with reeks of dysfunction and/or co-dependence.

Re: Love, how would you describe it?
To me it's not so much a feeling as it is an action and an oath. At my wedding I vowed to do a lot of things to take care of Mal and make our lives better, and I vowed to remain by his side while we accomplished those things. Love is my actions toward him, my oath both explicit and implicit. That applies to other people, too, including family.

Well, it's kind of like... Y'know, when you... and then... and there's this... and it all just kinda....
Anyway, it's like that.

"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope... Love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticule, and together, achieving a singular purpose against statistically long odds."
