Hey! I've been a part-time lurker at Fear the Boot for a long time! I'd like to start off by saying that I always enjoy the podcast and I especially like the caring and supportive community that's present here. I tried joining the forum discussions a few years back, but I was a fickle young man then, and I didn't stick with it. Hopefully, I'll be around a little longer, and hopefully now that I have more experience under my belt I'll be able to contribute more.

So why did I choose now to come out of lurk-mode? Well, the first reason is because it's summer and I work at a job where I'm allowed to surf the internet basically all day, so I've got to occupy my time with something. The other you'll probably see later, when I edit my signature and post in the shameless plugs section.

I mostly play Pathfinder and old editions of D&D, but I've had experience with lots of roleplaying systems. I'm a second generation gamer, raised by loving and caring parents who faithfully kept me from slobbering on the dice. All around, I guess you could say I'm a renaissance geek. I do my best to dabble in everything. I'm currently attending a university and I'm hoping to do something with video games, because it seems to be the best use of my affinity for tabletop games.

I'm glad to finally be on the forums and I hope I can learn a lot from hanging around here!
