A story can be made to support anything. He wasn't saying that the story should've ended there, only that if it had the moral would've been entirely different. |

Re: Web comic panels Right. All stories are lies. They are made up. Even ones that deal with 'actual events'. That doesn't make them bad. Just not 'true' in a specific sense. And as such, stories cannot prove morals or points. They can only illuminate them.
