Fallout 3 (original ending, not the DLC-fixed ending) When I have a perfectly valid way around someone having to die and the character who can pull that off says "I don't want to cheat you of your destiny".... that's what we call bad writing. Especially when that character (at least not that I ever noticed) has never really talked about personal destiny before. |

As far as best endings to games, mine are, in no particular order: Mass Effect 2 Karateka Prince of Persia (X-Box) Alan Wake Batman: Arkham City Portal & Portal 2 Loom One of the worst was Eye of the Beholder. You defeat the bad guy, the game ends and sends you to a DOS prompt which says: "You have won." That's it!  |
