You know, I'd have more faith in this sad excuse of a press release if it wasn't made through the likes of twitter.

Anyway, I really wouldn't hold my breath as fr as I can tell from the official forums they still haven't found a publisher to pick it up. They're currently working on the game on their own time/money.

I think you'd be shocked by how much video game news is done via Twitter.

Oh, I wouldn´t be. I know a despressing number of companies and even politicians that are handeling communication solely via twitter and facebook.

Don´t get me started on what´s wrong that. I´d still be ranting next sunday.

I won't get you started on the topic of social media and video game journalism, seeing as how this is a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 thread. :)

The only good FTB thread is a derailed one.

Whelp, concidering their new title is a MMO, my interest in the studio has dropped dead as well.

On the upside, you just might be getting your stalker'esque game with co-op, Chad.

Reading some of the QA stuff on it I'm seeing more map based capture the flag, circle strafing, F2P-P2WIN BS than an a real S.T.A.L.K.E.R. successor.
