Re: Malaware on the forums I run a mac as well but still have anti virus on it. Just because virus writers prefer the larger crowd of PCs doesn't mean someone hasn't decided to go after your mac as well.

Re: Malaware on the forums We run anti virus for the macs at work. I can't remember what it's called off the top of my head, but if anyone's interested, I could find out.

It doesn't make you impervious, but the threat from viruses, worms and trojans is very, very small, regardless of whatever reason. Phishing, ID theft and doing plain stupid things?
