Post Puzzle booth at FtC
Hello,

My wife and I are trying out a new business selling finished puzzles, and are doing our first semi-booth at FTC. I will be bringing in some of our glued and backed puzzles for a silent auction. The puzzles are of various shapes and piece counts and are all glued and backed on thick cardboard so as to avoid bending.

My idea is to have a silent auction set up so that on the last slot whoever had the highest bids would be able to take home the puzzles, as I am booked for gaming all con. It’s my hope that we can put up a couple of pictures of the finished product to help understand the concept.

I’m still unsure of the exact number but I’m thinking anywhere from 6 to 12 of them. This is kind of our temperature check to see what kind of market might exist for this type of art. If you should have any questions, feel free to fire away.

Thank you.

Darn it. So I can't get the images to come up from Yfrog on here using Img. But I can do this. If you want to see a couple of samples, I've put them on my twitter/yfrog. Here's the link to the yfrog stream, and if you're interested I'm @Appollyon13 on the twitter.

forgot to mention, they aren't finished products just yet (xcept the star wars one). As you can see, we have to do some trimming along the edges. Last count of how many we're bringing is 13, but could be up to 20 if I can find the time.

Those are beautiful! I now wish that I was better at puzzles... Growing up, I was never the puzzle sort and that same sentiment has unfortunately carried over into my adult life. But I do have a friend who loves puzzles, so I might just try to grab one for her!
