 Fear the Carpool!

I'd love to carpool with you, but I plan on heading to St Louis really early in the week (not sure exactly when just yet). Would your plans or travel be taking you through Lexington? I'm looking to go up earlier than Thursday.

I had already done so, before posting this thread. His plans, which had already been made before I called him, realistically can't include me getting a ride with him.

Have you looked at taking a train? Or perhaps you can meet up with someone partway (SLC or Denver) and leave your car parked long-term and ride with them?

 Re: Fear the Carpool!
If you take the train, I recommend stopping at Kirkwood, Missouri for your final destination and having either another booter pick you up or take a cab to the hotel. I would recommend against getting off the station in downtown St. Louis as it is located in the bad part of town. Kirkwood is the one you want.

 Re: Fear the Carpool!
Train is way out of budget, and I really don't want to be changing trains in Chicago.
I wish I could make it, I really do, but it's just not doable. Driving to SLC in March is insanely out of the question; since I'd have to go via Los Angeles...

As of right now I have 1-2 seats in the car open (depending on which vehicle we take.) Worse case scenario we can pick you up Thursday morning on our way to St. Louis if you don't mind chipping in for gas.

I'd prefer getting there a couple days before though.

 Re: Fear the Carpool!
Hello, I am right next to mobius and now with many in our group going we are taking two vehicles. We still have one seat for sure open and 3 others potential as three are unsure and Analogkid is one of them. So if anyone else is around OH, KY, IN needs a ride pm me or mobius or post on here.
