I was actually rather glad to see that level drain was removed for 4e. Also, making magic items no longer costs xp. Both were bad ideas.

Game Master, mainly because there's been oh so many RPGs I played where we did not once go into an actual dungeon.
That, and my first RPGs experience was in the Palladium system.
