 Out of the mists...
Hiya, Booters.
I'm another bloody Kiwi and have been listening to FTB since around about episode fifty and since then it's pretty much a part of my midweek "Oh crap, why isn't it Friday yet?" routine.
I'd like to congratulate the hosts, you've actually managed give my commute a purpose. Well, other than paying the rent. I was extremely sad when I ran out of back-catalog and have had to branch out into other podcasts and audio-books to cope.
As for roleplaying (I like to concatentate the words, don't know why), I've been involved in a quiet way since the mid '80s, playing and GMing pretty much solidly though high school, university, and beyond.
Currently I'm involved in a shared world campaign that I joined in '92, but had it's start in '82 if the rumours are correct, of a heavily modified version of Dragonquest and occasionally branch into slightly more recent game systems with another group.
I favour RP over crunch, and low comedy over high drama, but constantly have weirdly prentenious ideas about character development, plot arcs, and themes. I try and GM three months out of twelve, as while I enjoy it, it tends to wipe me out pretty badly. My preparation, or horrible absence of same, is probably the cause.
Other than that I manage storage arrays, watch media (a lot of '70s British Sci-Fi at the moment for some resaon), and I try and limit my physical deterioration until my shiny new cyborg body is ready.
So, that's me.

Alright, I clicked. Can I have audio buffers flushed out now?

No but you can have a second helping of hello-ness. Welcome to the madhouse. Quite. That time I got as far as the clip title and it was already unspooling in my head. <Shakes fist at the Eighties>

Welcome to the forums, dude! Yeah, I think all of us have hit that awkward time when we ran out of episodes to listen to. It sucks, but then again, there's always something else to listen to (albeit not quite as entertaining).

Welcome. Always nice to have another Kiwi. You should post a few details about your modified realm in the RP section.
