"Rawr!" (meaning "Hello!")
Hello everyone!
I am a very recent convert to the FtB podcast, as in Episode #271 is my first "new" episode, and also per Chad's advice, I decided that I too would see about joining with a forum community that comes highly recommended (highly recommended by itself, sure, but highly recommended nonetheless).
As for me, I've been tabletop gaming about 5-6 years, which is coincidentally the last time in my life I remember being part of a forum community, so I may be rusty. A majority of it has been spent playing D&D, namely 3.5 and 4e, and I'm currently DMing a 4e campaign with a distinct flavor of the Final Fantasy series of video games.
On a more personal note, I have a degree in English, yet I am currently employed as a bookkeeper at a local business. As I told most of my colleagues when I neared graduation, I was certain that whatever job I would get after college would have nothing to do with my degree. I just didn't realize at the time to what extent I'd be right...
Let's see... I'm a fair-complexioned young man (I believe the popular term would be "have no soul") who lives in southern Louisiana, United States, which means I literally cannot be outside my house most days of the year, so take that and run with it as you will.
I am looking forward to being a part of the community, and hope to have as much fun with it as it at least sounds when I hear someone else describe it.
Cheers!
