Welcome to the forums, and as someone who likes 4e and doesn't feel it impedes roleplay at all, I think the system is fine. Then again, I played it with a group of 5 actors, so "rules for roleplay" was probably a foreign concept in general- stopping them from roleplaying would have been the real challenge ^.^ _________________ I'm a firm believer in Hanlon's Razor, Sturgeon's Law, and Poe's Law- so I'm likely to take your posts at face value, but cynically.
