 Belated Greetings I should have done this when I first joined the forums, but apprently my reading comprehension was just top notch.
Hi everyone, I'm Gman. Some of my friends have begun using it instead of my longer name, Graeme. So I figured it appropriate instead of the names I used to use for forums that I dragged out of a fantasy book which I'm not particularly proud of. I'm from Vancouver, British Columbia, and for those of you who don't knwo where it is, don't worry. As one of my favourite authors of all time called British Columbia: the land of bowler hatted tea barons(Tom Holt, Falling Sideways, Little Brown Book Group 2004). Which leads me into adding that I'm a 3rd year student at the University of British Columbia in the Classics Department.
As far as my interest in role playing goes, I'm limited to Dungeon's and Dragons, various cutom settings using Savage Worlds, and CRPGs. I started only a couple years ago when a buddy of mine returned from the interior of BC after having spent two semesters playing DnD 3.5 with a group of people from his church. Since then, I've pretty much taken over as DM among my friends and I've played one campaign start to finish and had countless failed ones. Since I joined on at the very tail end of 3.5, I'm mostly a 4th edition DM.
