Hi Everyone, I just finished listening to Episode 271 [and may I just say that everything put out after the latest Fear The Con has been amazing], and I was struck by Chad's comments at the end that "the best way to join the forums was just jump in", as I had been lurking and somewhat intimidated by these forums.

Hi [again]! I've been listening to FtB since 2008, and also listen to Kicked in the Dice Bags, PftD, and Funnybooks. I've been playing TTRPGs since 1997, and I have not only gamed in public, I used to run a weekly pick up game in the local gaming store with random people while I was in college (which was a lot of fun).

I also write, I work in tech, and think that this is getting a little long for a quick introduction, so I'm gonna wrap it up here and look around for conversations to join!

@Clintmemo: Thanks! I believe Dan has mentioned he works in Tech on the show, and I think he also went to college for English like me (My Degree is in Composition and Creative writing), so it's nice to be in good company ^.^

@Saragon: Thanks! No, I haven't been able to make it out to one, which is Sad, because I lived in Nebraska until August of 2009, so Missouri wasn't unreasonably far away (I live out on the West Coast now).
