Grilled flank steak stuffed with prosciutto and provolone, followed by homemade coconut macaroons for dessert.

Today (technically yesterday) was practically a feast day with family, as there was a big get together for Father's day. So:

• Fresh spinach and artichoke quiche. I made this, it's probably my finest quiche to date, and was damn good.
• Cabsa. This is basically a spiced rice and meat dish eaten with something close to tzatziki sauce. Traditionally it is eaten via fingers, but I broke with that.
• High quality homemade bread.
• Greek Salad
• Spagetti
• Brownies.
• Icecream cake.

This also involved three kinds of tea, and buttermilk. It was generally fantastic.

Which is one of my three favorite foods.

I'm currently enjoying Panera's Strawberry Poppyseed salad with chicken, and a bottle of water.

It has lots of tasty fruit on it. I never would have thought of putting pineapple on a salad before, but I love it.

I'm ever so slowly working on a loaf of Italian bread, since my stomach's so tied in knots and that's the only thing it can handle right now.

Big chunk if Italian bread & homemade minestrone soup.

A Cowboy Ribeye steak certified Angus beef cooked well done slathered with garlic pepper and Worcestershire sauce served with olive oil fried plantains...

Not-quite terrible turkey slices in over salty gravy and frozen-then-unfrozen fruit salad. And ice water.
