Wow, this thread is a great idea! :D

I'm heading home for a Thai summer roll salad. Fresh cucumber, green onions and basil over chilled rice noodles. Plus a homemade lime-peanut-coconut-chili dressing. Might use some chilled shrimp for accent.

All I've had today are pretzels due to needing to work through lunch. Fills me with rage. Hopefully I'll get something good for dinner tonight, but I haven't decided what yet.

Ramen noodles (Roast Beef flavor) with barbeque sauce. Cheap and tasty!

Leftover steak and a cold coke. We went 400 days with no injuries at work so the store manager cooked everyone steaks, baked potatos, and bbq'd corn on the cob. He acted like it was a restraunt.. took our reservations to come dine in the back room.. Had a long table laid out. Served us food and drink. It was rteally above and beyond anything any other store manager has ever done for me before as an employee in all my years of working for this company.

Grilled chicken, zucchini and squash that were all marinated in Italian dressing over a bed of brown rice. This is my go to meal to cook before work to bring for dinner.
