I just beat MacGuffin's Curse and really enjoyed it. The game had some really good writing and the humor in the game was quite charming.

Hard getting tickets or finding a channel they're showing a game on. But it's got to be really good.

Had a chuckle at a local butchers. I've registered for their weekly adds to be sent to my email. This week they sent out the proof.

 Re: Happy Things Go Here
Well, that phone interview seemed to go well. When the manager starts saying "you" instead of "this position" or "the new hire" about ten minutes into the conversation, and by the 25 minute mark he's telling me what it's like to commute on the BART and how many years since he's played D&D...
That seemed to go well. Now I wait to hear back from the recruiter, apparently.

If everything goes according to plan, Cat3's new human will be able to officially pick him up today. Then I can reopen the apartment and watch the new cat spend a lot of time being spooked by a very puzzled Porthos.

That seemed to go well. Now I wait to hear back from the recruiter, apparently. If it's BARTable, that gives you a lot of flexibility in where you settle down. Feel free to contact me for opinions of various places in the East Bay. If you're more looking to be on the Peninsula, Noble Bear is the guy to ask. Oh, and you'll want to stop using definite articles for transportation infrastructure. It's not "the BART", just "BART". Freeways up here don't get a "the", unless you're a transplanted newsreader.

Fair enough. Note to self, omit the the. (Heh, heh, I can just imagine the twitches that phrase causes our grammarians.) I'm almost certainly going to be looking at East Bay, so you'll be hearing from me if/when.
