A Chocolate White Russian. If you add chocolate to milk, it becomes chocolate milk, that should apply just as much when you apply it to a white russian.

So if I feed The Wife chocolate on Valentine's Day, she becomes The Chocolate Wife?

If you somehow mixed chocolate powder into whatever the fluids in her various cells are, that seems like an applicable title - though The Chocolate Corpse would fit better.

Westmalle Trappist Ale. Tripel. 9.5% ABV. Very nice golden ale, quite rich. A touch of bread dough on the aftertaste.

Goes quite well with chocolate cannoli.

A Manhattan. We're out of the good vermouth, but it was still pretty good.

Calamansi Cooler

A refreshing house-made limeade made with calamansi (an Asian lime), honey, fresh ginger and mint.
