 Keirsey/Jung/Meyers-Briggs Personality types.
There was a bit of chatter in the Writers Guild call tonight about peoples' personality types. I thought it might be a fun topic to expand upon in the forums. Because it seems like everyone wants a piece of your money and/or private info to tell you more about yourself, here's the roundabout way to get what you need. If you don't know your type, you can take the test here: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.aspThen, find that four letter personality type in the sidebar on the right here: http://www.keirsey.com/4temps/overview_temperaments.aspAnd read what they say about you. Epiphany? Blasphemy? Constructive? Useless? What's it like being you? I'll update with my insights on being an INFP in a later post, and in the next episode of the video blog linked in my sig. Edit: Also read the description for the quadrant that your specific type lies in by clicking on the category in which you find your specific type. For example, as an INFP, I'm in the Idealist quad.

I'm a pretty hardcore ISTJ, the Inspector, and generally I fit really well into it. I'm not sure I have much to say about it right now, though.

ENTJ, and I find that it is more right than wrong in describing me.

INTJ Rational (Mastermind apparently) though I found myself answering differently on very similar questions between the two tests based solely on small nuances within the questions. I kept wanting conditions or clarifications.
How much you want to bet that the forum is primarily T for the third letter?

How much you want to bet that the forum is primarily T for the third letter? I'm not sure about the T, but the other times this has come up have shown that it is primarily I.

How much you want to bet that the forum is primarily T for the third letter? I don't know that we'll necessarily attract a more Ts than Fs. Roleplaying can be a very F activity, while system wankery and char op is more T. I will say that I suspect we'll get a lot of I for Introvert as the first letter. Lots of folks more comfortable expressing themselves to a large group in the context of forum anonymity and without the need for public speaking. Seems like it would appeal to I types.

Well so far we're 4 and 4 so only time will tell.

 Re: Keirsey/Jung/Meyers-Briggs Personality types.
I get different responses all the time. First, a while back I got INFJ... and then I got INFP, so I figured I was INFsomething, but I took the test again tonight and I got ISFP. So, I know I'm mostly an introvert, but I can turn on the juice and be a temporary extrovert. Apparently I'm borderline on Sensing and iNtuitive, and Judging and Perceiving. Maybe I just have multiple personalities.

They're very different, and ought to break the tie handily for you.
