My current wednesday gaming group has fallen apart due to lack of a GM available. I'm looking for a Skype or G+Hangout game to replace it.

I am specifically looking to play some Dresden Files
I am not a GM
I am available any time Wednesday but I would prefer it to be after 3pm Central.
I would love a long campaign with a lot of character development stuff.

If you know of anyone who could help me out, I would be pleased if you gave them a heads up about this post.

Then why write? Two reasons, first is emotional support. You should be able to expect us, your forum family, helping as best we can. I hope you make a go of it. The second reason is I can make a go of it for a little while but I'd be no better than a stop gap till your GM in shinning armor showed up.

I could only play 6:30pm to 9:30pm on Wednesdays.

And Too Tall, thank you for the temporary offer, but I think I would like to avoid the letdown of a game or group ending again soon. Rather, I would like to hold out for something that is potentially a little more long term

I could do a Wednesday Dresden files game.

I would prefer to play Dresden Files because outside of a FTC4 game my only experience with Dresden has been flopping around uselessly as a GM.

As mentioned above I have GMed Dresden before and I am rather well versed in many of the rules (especially the art of character creation because that about how far most of my attempt to run it got before they fizzled out) but I don't feel I was adequate as a GM.

Also I am preparing to try running ANOTHER Booter-filled Skype & Taebl based Dresden files game really soon (The fist official meeting for character creation is Tomorrow (Please don't tell my players I suck as a GM )) and I do not feel I will be able to devote that much time to running two games while also keeping up with 2 summer classes.

However, if you get a group of players I might be convinced to try GMing a second game. Looking back of my problems with GMing is that I didn't really have any idea how to structure an effective dramatic story and lack of experience. However several college writing courses have given me better skills in constructing a story outline that's structured enough to give the game direction without needing to railroad, and GMing experience can only be gained by GMing... so...

Yeah, I made this post in a few places because I know that not everybody checks the find a game forum or even the rpg forum.

I'll note you down as another player. At least one more player and a GM would be enough for a group. Maybe I will get lucky and find them soon.
