RSS feed issue?

I am not at all sure where to put this, but 'general discussion' didn't feel right, so if this is in the wrong forum/place I'm sorry. I didn't find any threads on where to post technical issues either. And I don't know if it's an issue or something you're doing to tweak and fix things, but I've been getting really old updates from your feed - episode 0, thoughts on episode 3 and so on. This is a bit strange, but not really disturbing, so I just thought I'd ask what's going on. Cheers.
