I say the 60s died in 1971 with Jim Morrison but that was just the nail in the coffin, after Hendrix and Janis Joplin died in '70 the 60s were fast fading. bear in mind that I was born in the 80s

Even if the '60s did go on until 1973 both Keith and I would have only been about ten years old. I'd guess neither of us was hanging out at the free love festivals much in those days.
