Unfortunately, I've run into what can only be described as the dark side of brony-ism. And even outside of that, there's a bit of self-laudatory attitude in the title. I think I'm just gonna stick with 'fan of the show, MLP:FiM'.

Out of curiosity, what constitutes the 'dark side' of Bronyism? My imagination fails me.

If Spike is having sex AS HE IS IN THE SERIES with anyone or anything, the fact that he's a dragon does not, in fact, alter the fact that you're talking about sexing up a pre-adolescent character.)

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that some people take their fandom waay too far (look at Twilight). But I there are some things that just shouldn't be done.

So far, all I'm seeing is pretty standard fandom stuff. From what Freemage said, I was expecting something unusual or shocking. So far, just some stock-standard Rule 34, darkfic, and plush abuse.

Bronies are still far and away the tamest large fandom I've ever encountered.

If underage pony sextoys it 'tame' to you, how about you give us some examples of what you consider 'extreme dark' fandom of something.
