Post Re: Steam
Raygereio on steam as well: so who'd like to be my steaming buddy?
I'll just go ahead and admit that I'm a big sucker for steam's sales. And while I'm firmly in the anti-DRM camp, I've come to accept steam. It works. Well, I guess the cracked back ups on an external hard drive of every game I own helps a bit in my acceptance.

Open up Steam.
Click on Community at the top of the page. There click on Games - sitting between Groups and Workshop right below the Community button.
It will probably default to the Recently Played tab, go to the All Games tab. Here you can sort your games by play time.

Any way to add a whole bunch of friends at once? It seems to take forever.

Not that I've seen.

To hi-jack this thread to my own purposes.... I have a Steam question.

Is it possible to use Steam to access a game you bought somewhere else? To add detail. I just bought Crusader Kings II for the PC from Amazon Download. Can I use Steam to access it, download DLC (if I want), etc.? Or is that a no-go?

I don't know about the DLC part but you can add it as a non steam game. Not sitting in front of my home PC right now so I can't tell you how.

A lot of games "activate" on steam, or whatever that means. I know I bought Darksiders from Amazon while it was on sale, but it's on my steam list automatically and I think I can even download it from steam.

You might be able to just have Steam download it from the CD-key. That's how I handled registering Payday: The Heist.
