I think it was a great scene. Lots of dramatic tension. Bravo!

I'm relatively sure we'll meet the Shadowknave again. goatunit wrote: I think it was a great scene. Lots of dramatic tension. Bravo! I really enjoyed it, includingespecially the tragic end.

Are you keeping count of Morlan's murders?

Re: In the Lady's Shadow 2.0 (OOC Thread)
Well I'm fairly sure that puts Morlan back in credit on his alignment balance.

Other game ideas. - Something with Fading Suns
- A Trolloc Wars era Wheel of Time game
- A 40k game set on a Space Hulk.
- An Earthdawn game (ooh fantasy)
- An (old) World of Darkness Hunters game

Maybe Morlan is a petitioner Joshua did meet him in the Outlands I'll admit that does sound uncanny. However, all the business of maintaining Morlan's balance is OOC stuff. IC he has no such tally, nor even a concept of one. He just does what he does, but it is what he is that makes him do things that kind of balance. Conceptually, Morlan is an ordinary guy, like you or me, but taken to a fantasy extreme. He looks out for his family and friends, defending them with ruthless zeal. Otherwise he's out for whatever he can get, to better his own lot in life. Pretty much everything else is either irrelevant, or a resource to be exploited, or a danger to be crushed. We keep edging towards Morlan having formal beliefs and you keep backing away.
