Zo narrows her eyes at Ray. "Your actions here are hardly those of a proper pack-mate, let alone Alpha, Ray. What in the world are you thinking?" [[Uh..Mando...We're in combat now. You wanna roll/post your initiative and give me some ideas about what you want to do, or do you want me to roll initiative for you and then nag you to tell us what you want to do? ]]

((This? This is why I don't make a post immediately after I wake up. Also, I just realized that I have absolutely no idea how to roll init))

((Roll a d10, add your Dex dots plus your Composure dots. That number is your initiative.))

Re: Werewolf: the Forsaken IC Thread
((2012-08-16 11:02:32 Zo rolls 1 die for initiative 10 (initiative roll), so that's a 15 total.))
((She's going to try intimidating Ray into backing the heck off. Intim. 1, Presence 4. I can't for the life of me figure out if those are the right things...these books are incredibly not helpful))

((Amendment, 'cuz I forgot I could do this. Ray spends a point of Essence to change into garou and attacks Ted with his claws.))

Re: Werewolf: the Forsaken IC Thread
Ray / Ted / Zo / Ash
[[Mechanics stuff:]] [[2012-08-17 19:26:19 Zo rolls 5 dice to Intimidate Ray 8,5,4,5,9 (2 successes) 2012-08-17 19:26:31 Ray rolls 5 dice to Resist Intimidation 6,5,10,8,2, 2 (2 successes) Ray is not intimidated. Ray shifts to Garou and swipes at Ted 2012-08-17 19:42:18 Ray rolls 7 dice to Claw attack - Ted Def 10,7,6,5,7, 8,9,8 (4 successes) Ted takes 4 Lethal damage. No action penalty. Only 3 boxes left. 2012-08-18 12:35:44 Ted rolls 1 die to use Wolfsbane on Ray 6 (0 successes) Ted misses with the wolfsbane. Ash shifts to Urshal 2012-08-18 12:37:29 Ash rolls 1 die to Bite and hold Ray 8 (1 success) 1 Lethal damage. Ray is in a modified grapple. He can still swing his other arm at or bite Ash, but he can't move enough to reach anyone else without first breaking the grapple. SEE OOC THREAD FOR NOTES.]]
The pack watches as Ray begins to lose his shit in a significant way. His eyes go wide and bloodshot, his fingers curl in and his skin begins to bubble. With a lump in her throat and terrified for her new, still forming pack, Zo takes a step closer to Ray and tries to growl out a thread.
"Back down, now--"
Before she can finish the last word, Ray's Gauru features split his human flesh apart like an over-microwaved hotdog. The monster that used to be Ray pushes past the vodoo priestess and runs for Ted, that insubordinate little shit. As he runs, Ray assumes his full height and cocks back his right claw.
Good, Ted thinks. Go ahead, big man. You've underestimated me this whole time and now I've got something for your ass. As soon as he saw Ray boiling over, Ted reached into his pocket and pulled out a small bag of dust. Ignoring accuracy for speed, Ted rips the top off the bag and slings his arm in an arc, flinging the Wolfsbane powder high into the air and straight into Ray's eyes.
Or at least that was the plan. As easily as he'd assumed full height and made a huge target of himself, Ray ducks back down, stretches out with his left hand on the ground, and slashes out with the claws of his right hand. The claws tear through Ted's pretty-boy suit and leave great furrows in his chest. The shock and the impact spin Ted in a complete circle before dropping him ass first on the pavement. The little worm immediately bounces back to his feet and backpedals, but it's obvious that hit took a lot out of him.
Ray pushes his advantage, pursuing Ted. This time when he stands on his hind legs, reaches his full height, and cocks back his right claw, it isn't a ploy. He fully intends to rip the traitorous, backstabbing, mutinous little pissant's head right the fuck off.
Before his right hand can come down, Ray feels a sharp bite in that arm and a heavy impact on his back and shoulder. He looses his balance and tips over on his front, sending his left hand out to support his weight and forming a tripod -- two legs and a hand on the ground, the other arm caught in the jaws of what looks like a wolf on steroids wearing the skin of a fox. Gauru-Ray is baffled for a fraction of a second before he realizes that this must be Ash in her Urshal form. Inside the vaults of Ray's primitive mind, a thought bounces around his skull like a scream inside a cave. He's too far gone in his anger to make sense of it, but a translater would tell him that the thought is, Fucking gingers!
Ash clamps down on Ray's right arm, locks her forelegs and shifts all her weight to the rear. She looks for all the world like a giant dog play tug-of-war with a monster's arm. The young werewolf shakes hear head back and forth, trying to savage the arm, but does little in the way of damage. She knows she's in a dangerous place -- locked in with a larger, stronger, more experienced enemy and with no way to protect herself. But she also knows that for as long as she can maintain her grip, Ray can't get to the others in her pack.
Round 2 Initiative Order (1d10 + Init. Mod + tie-breaker roll) Ted (2 + 6) = 8 Zo (6 + 5) = 11 Ray (7 + 5 + 3) = 15 Ash (7 + 5 + 6) = 18
Declare actions in the order I put here, from lowest to highest. Actions will resolve in reverse order. That way anyone with a higher initiative score gets to take your proposed action into account when choosing theirs.]]

Re: Werewolf: the Forsaken IC Thread
"Is that the best you can do? Seems you fail at leading and killing me. Is there anything you're good at?"Ted condescendingly asks Ray with a smirk.
With that, Ted spends a point of essence to shift to Dalu and sprints for the nearest alleyway.

Stepping back from the garage's storefront window, Jack shrugs at his friends. He wanders over to the door and checks to see if it's locked. Whether it is or not, he knocks.

The door is locked. Jack hears no sign of anyone on the inside coming to answer -- or doing anything else for that matter.

Walter walks around the building looking for other entrances and peeking through windows. He pauses periodically as his eyes switch between the mundane and the spirit world and back.
