Re: Earthdawn: Age of Legend (OOC Discussion)
The Werefrog am a bit confused. Was our entire job simply going there to give a message, or are we going to be sent to actually do something after the man makes his preparations?

Re: Earthdawn: Age of Legend (OOC Discussion)
Yes. The task was to simply warn the owner of a possible problems so that he can nip it in the bud early. Whether he decides to hire us on to deal with the problem is something he'll need to consider. He'd probably prefer to use his own house resources that he can trust, unless he needs deniability of another house doing the dirty work.
Consider it an escort quest, where you were escorting Gavrael. At least he doesn't run off into danger... oh wait... no that's exactly what he does.

Don't think of it as a job, think of it as a combination of setting and set-up for something more in the future. Hypothetically, if that elf finds he needs something done today, and he needs some Barsaivians to do it, who's he going to call?

Before you ask. Gavrael made up "Irmine 'The Eel' Caramillo" on the spot. He is largely describing himself. This is to make the employer think we've got any idea of what we're doing.

When you're in trouble, and no-one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire

I guess I must be BA then. Gavrael would be Face... ...Murdoch is the flyer... That makes Atrii Hannibal.

Re: Earthdawn: Age of Legend (OOC Discussion)
There are lot's of possible combinations, for example BA is the rigger/wheel man (Gavrael is the one who's discipline is build around a vehicle) but he's good with mechanical things and hates to fly (Grabthar)
Face is a posh high society type (Atrii) and relentlessly in your face sociable (Gavrael)
Hannibal is the tactical genius (Grabthar) but often looks like a lizard (Z'Phir)
Murdoch loves to fly and is prone to crash (ZPhir or Gavrael)
