Yes, it's Brawl + Strength, so you'll have a total of 7 d10's being rolled (3 from Brawl, an extra 1 for training in grappling, 3 from Strength, and while you'd normally lose two dice due to the sergeant's Defense score, because you surprised him, he doesn't get Defense).

Just keep in mind that if you succeed, it'll be hard to drive from the back seat, so I will be applying a penalty to your Drive roll.

Sargeant, Duncan, Tim.

If I can I'd like to try to intimidate and attack? I don't know if that's possible

You can try, all depends upon your wording, combined with an Intimidation + Manipulation roll, and considering you've already got the sergeant in a sleeper hold, I count that as a 'physical threat,' so you've have 5 attempts to Intimidate him.

To be fair, you can respond too. I mean, some wheelchair guy just rolled up and insulted you for not wanting to kill someone.

In the week of downtime, this gives you guys the opportunity to do any sort of various things. You are welcome to spend free time talking with Claire and Jacob, to get caught up on the supernatural world and it's current "political climate," what their knowledge of the Transposed are, get some combat training (for those who might need it), and any other questions that you might have. If you want to make a list of questions to ask all at once go ahead and I'll answer them in the thread here.

As for the experience, you have 3 points, with which can get you a skill specialty, a merit that costs 1 dot, a dot in a previously untrained skill, or you can choose to save it for later to increase a different stat later. Note that the dot in Occult I mentioned in the IC thread does NOT take up the experience you have earned, so if Tim wanted to bump his Occult to 1 now, then the free dot in Occult would put his skill at 2.

And I'm also opening up the option for anyone else that might want to join the game. I'm fine with continuing the game with just two players, but considering the IC thread has seen a small bit of pageviews, some other people might be interested in joining. Character creation rules are the same as they were for Tim (Addicted2aa) and Duncan (Mizwrath).
